This site is operated by Vision Service Plan and its affiliate Marchon Eyewear Inc. ("we" or "us"). Please review it carefully.

If we materially change the way how we process your PII, we shall notify you of the revised Privacy Policy by prominently making available those material changes on the Site. Provide you with policy of our information collection, use and protection practices, and explain your rights as an individual about whom we maintain information.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Information You Provide. When you register or interact with the Site, we may ask that you provide us with certain information to facilitate your use of the Site, such as your first name, last name, email, phone number, gender and date of birth. In case you decide to purchase product, we may ask you to provide additional information, such as your full address and credit card details and share your personal information with companies who help us in the fulfillment of your request. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us. For instance, we communicate your credit card details to a third-party payment processor (we do not store any credit card information).

Depending upon the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory, and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

Technical Information Obtained from the Use of the Site. How We Use and Disclose Information About You

Personally Identifiable Information: We use information collected from and about you, individually or combined, to facilitate use of the Site, process your purchases and related payments, communicate with you, respond to your inquiries and requests, conduct surveys, carry out research and analysis relating to our products and services, improve our products and services, and, as permitted by law, for marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your PII, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with laws, legal process, or government or regulatory requests; (2) protect and defend our rights, property or business and, (3) protect the safety and security of our users, this Site, or the public.

Children. We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you're under 18, you may use this Site only if you have the consent of your parent or guardian. We shall not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 years old.

3. Storage And Control Your PII

In the course of transacting business with you, we create records including your PII that can be held on a variety of media (physical or electronic). Records help us serve you well, to demonstrate that we are meeting our obligations and to keep as evidence of our business activities.

In the normal course of business we retain your PII no longer than required for the purpose it was initially collected, unless we have an obligation to keep it longer (for example due to a court order or investigation by law enforcement agencies or regulators).

4. Correction Update Objection And Deletion Of Personal Data

You have certain legal rights to control your PII and the manner in which we process it. These rights include the possibility to request us to give you access to all personal data we have about you, request us to correct inaccurate or update incomplete information, object to or restrict the processing on legitimate grounds, withdraw your consent for certain processing at any time where previously we have asked for your permission.

In addition, under California law, website operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser 'do not track' signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information of a consumer over time and across third party web sites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. We do not respond to any such 'do not track' signals, as no one do not track standard has gained consensus.

This law also requires web site operators to disclose whether third parties may collect Personal Information about their users' online activities over time and across different web sites when the users use the operator's web site. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect Personal Information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across different web sites when a consumer uses our Website.

Third parties that have content embedded on our Site (such as social networking features) may set cookies on a user's browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited our Website from a certain IP address. These third parties cannot collect any other Personal Information from our Website unless you provide it to them directly.

We are committed to ensuring that your PII is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate technical, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect about you. Access by you to your PII is available through the Site after you provide your unique Login ID (username and password) selected by you. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We employ internal policies pursuant to which only selected individuals have access to your PII.
